Oh my, how quickly time passes! It has been just over a year since I started this blog and never did I imagine that you'd all follow me along my little gluten free baking journey, but you have and I thank you so much for coming along on the ride!
I can't wait to see what this new year of gluten free blogging brings, and a few things I have planned are....
- More gluten free posts (obviously)
- Recipes using different gluten free flours - think millet, sorghum, quinoa, etc
- More savoury gluten free recipes
- A Blog-over (that's a makeover for blogs)
- & some giveaways!
And the first giveaway is being held right now!
The Irresistible Gluten Free Show is being held in Brisbane on May 15th & 16th and I have FIVE double passes to give away! This show is pretty incredible and certainly irresistible! Showcasing some of the best Gluten Free Suppliers and Products that Australia has to offer plus recipes, cooking demonstrations and more. A look at the exhibitors and kitchen and information stages and you'll be in gluten free heaven!
Amongst the list of exhibitors are O'Briens Brewery, Sam Mills Pasta, Freedom Foods, Country Life Bakery, Dr Schar, Brookfarm, Well & Good, Orgran Gluten Free Foods, & Vege Chips!
On the Kitchen & Information stages are the likes of Aussie Gluten Free Dietitian and Cookbook author Dr Sue Sheperd (in fact my first Gluten Free Cookbook
was hers!) and Janella Purcell who presents channel TEN's Masterclass on The Biggest Loser.Now, five double passes are up for grabs are for the Brisbane Irresistible Gluten Free Show, so this giveaway is only open to people in Queensland, namely those in Brisbane on the 15 th & 16th May!
