The Gluten Free Scallywag Magazine

The Gluten Free Scallywag Magazine is an annual Australian made cookbook magazine created by me, a Coeliac, for my fellow Coeliacs, gluten intolerant and avoiders-alike.

Recipes are all created and triple tested by me, Jasmine Ann Gardiner, (you can read more about my gluten free journey here) and taste tested by a scrupulous set of glutenous and gluten free peeps, to ensure that the goodies you will be creating from the magazine are indiscernible from the 'real' thing, or taste delicious in their own right. As different gluten free flours can impart so many different flavours to your baking repertoire.

Bursting with recipes to cook from breakfast through to dinner the magazine was started as a free online publication in 2011 before going to print in 2013 with Vol. 3. Vol 4 is slated for a November 2015 release and is full of one of my favourite features; cheesecakes!

These magazines were created as a way to expand my gluten free repertoire and to help you on your journey to gluten free deliciousness. I hope you enjoy reading and baking from them for years to come.
