If you bake nothing else this Christmas.... please, I beg of you,

try this gluten free Christmas Brownie

! It is without a doubt my favourite thing from this years Gluten Free Scallywag Christmas Magazine (Vol2) {oh my word, you've not read it? Check it out

here!

) soft and chocolatey and just pure amazingness, especially if you cook it for only 25minutes (yes, disregard teh 30-35 on the recipe card, 25minutes is soo much tastier!) and leave it all soft and gooey.

Oh my tummy is rumbling just thinking about it. Luckily, I have a batch in the oven for a dinner my girlfriend is putting on this evening!

Before I head over to Perth for a holiday (woop woop!). Where, yes, I'll totally be visiting some of the

gluten free restaurants listed on this list in Perth & Margaret River!

I just wanted to say that it has been a wonderful ride this year with my first ever published article in

Masterchef Magazine back in April

, lovely new

recipe development & food photography clients

mid year and of course there's been all the delicious food throughout the year as well as holidays back to Perth to celebrate our engagement, family weddings and my gorgeous Nan's big 8-0 birthday party, seriously the best party ever, although I must admit the cake was better at the

Barbie Cake 30th

that happened in November (I'll try to post that recipe soon sorry folks!). The second edition of the

Gluten Free Scallywag Christmas Magazine

has received such positive feedback that my creative juices have started to think about what will happen

next year.

.. so stay tuned!

To my friends and family that have given such support this year,

thank you

. However, the biggest thank you is to all of YOU. Yup, you, who read this blog and share your own coeliac stories on

facebook

and

tweet

with me throughout the year, thanks for being so wonderful!

May you have a most wonderful of Christmases this year and bring on 2013!
